Beijing just handed itself the paperwork to hit back at Mexico’s recent tariffs. On March 25, China's Ministry of Commerce (MofCom) released its final determination in its trade investigation against Mexico, finding that:
“The measures under investigation…constitute trade and investment barriers.” ...
