Trump is getting creative in his use of tariffs. On Wednesday, the White House announced a new 25% tariff on “advanced computing chips,” including the Nvidia H200 and AMD MI325X, under Section 232. Here's the interesting bit: Imports of these chips destined for end use in the US are exempt.
