Beijing has moved to comply with a key UN agreement on illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing. On Friday, China rolled out guidelines aimed at implementing the UN Food and Agriculture Organization’s Port State Measures Agreement (PSMA) on IUU fishing, which it joined in April.
