Chinese banks have just issued the largest offshore yuan-denominated loan ever made to a foreign firm.
In a landmark move, Australian metals giant Fortescue recently landed an RMB 14.2 billion loan from a syndicate led by Bank of China (BOC).
The deal forms what BOC dubs a “cross-border, closed-loop...
