Expenditure during the Labor Day holiday was disappointing.

Per data released by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism (MCT) on Monday, across the five-day Labor Day break:

295 million people traveled domestically – up 7.6% y/y, and up 28.2% from 2019 pre-pandemic levels.
