Following his Tuesday meeting with Xi Jinping, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz spent some quality time with Premier Li Qiang.
Li repeated many of Xi’s talking points on overcapacity (Gov.cn):
“Having production moderately greater than demand is conducive to full market competition.”
