Media: Henan province commissioned surveillance system to track journalists, foreign students

Yesterday, Reuters reported that Henan province commissioned a surveillance system intended to “track journalists and international students, among other ‘suspicious people’.” The report is based on tender documents that were published on the Henan provincial procurement website.
