It’s official: The 6th Plenum is over and the communique is out.

And… it’s not that exciting.

Broadly speaking, the communique just says: “The Party is great – especially Xi Jinping.”

Except, instead of saying that in seven words, it uses seven thousand.

But there’s obviously more to it...
