On Wednesday, property developer Sunshine 100 China Holdings defaulted on a dollar-denominated bond that it issued offshore.
The amount due on the bond is USD 50.916 million of principal and USD 1.476 million in interest.
The bond originally raised USD 200 million and paid a return of 6.5%.
