Pentagon finally updates 1260H list

What happened: On June 8, the Pentagon signaled a sweeping expansion of its Section 1260H list of "Chinese military companies."
The update adds 60-plus firms, including Alibaba, Baidu, BYD, Nio, WuXi AppTec, Unitree Robotics. It also adds YMTC and CXMT, Chinese memory chipmakers.
